A video showing Murtha's utter disregard for procedure that is so obvious, one does not require any knowledge of House proceedings to appreciate John's audacity.  What the voters of Murtha's districts are thinking is truly beyond me, considering Murtha has demonstrated several times his utter disdain for anyone not aligned with his principles.

I am referring to of course the remark during the presidential campaign whereby Murtha insulted his constituency by calling them rednecks only because he failed to understand any other reason for why people would have objected to then candidate Obama.
